1 Eligibility to Use but939

but939 is an online gaming and sports betting platform. Access to, and use of, but939 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

2 Account Registration and Your Responsibilities

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses before withdrawing bonus-derived funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Each bonus offer is designed for one player per household, device, IP address and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is bonus abuse and will result in account action.

Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by previous results, account history, deposit amount or any other external factor.

Players are expected to engage with games honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is prohibited across all but939 games:

• Bets are accepted until the market closes, which is typically at the start of the relevant event or match. In-play markets close at the moment specified for each event.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to your bet. Odds changes after bet confirmation do not affect accepted bets.
• In the event that a match or event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement window, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated for the specific market.
• but939 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets, suspend markets, or void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation or where integrity concerns arise.
• Bets placed on events where the final result is already known at the time of placement — including any case of misuse of privileged information — will be voided.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply and are visible in your account settings. These limits are in PKR and may be adjusted from time to time.

If the investigation concludes in your favour, the suspension will be lifted and your account restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance handled in accordance with the nature of the breach.

You may also voluntarily close your but939 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.

10 Intellectual Property
